TERMS OF SERVICE

I may update these Terms at any time. Reasonable notice will be provided to clients with confirmed bookings if any changes affect their appointment. New clients are expected to review the Terms before booking, as the latest version applies at the time of confirmation. A copy of these Terms is provided with every invoice during booking.

By using my services (“Services”), submitting a booking form (“Booking Form”) or providing booking information (“Booking Information”) via email or other specified methods, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Your continued use of the Services after a revised version is posted constitutes acceptance of the changes.

1. THE SERVICES

My consultancy is a companionship service for lifestyle, travel and social activities.

Activities mentioned on my website reflect my personal interests and potential date ideas. They are not a menu of services or a contractual agreement.

All payments are strictly for my time and companionship.

2. PRIVACY, CONFIDENTIALITY & NDAs

Your Privacy & Confidentiality

Your booking information is handled with the utmost confidentiality and will never be shared with third parties except when necessary to arrange or manage our meeting, or where legally required.

I will never ask for unnecessary personal information.

Any sensitive discussions or details shared during our meeting will remain strictly confidential.

Your privacy is my priority, and I will always take every measure to protect your discretion.

My Privacy & Confidentiality

You must respect my privacy at all times.

Sharing any of my personal or business information that is not publicly available or publicly associated with my services is strictly prohibited.

Any breach of my privacy or these Terms may result in legal consequences.

Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)

If you require complete discretion, I am happy to sign an NDA upon request.

In certain cases, I may also require an NDA to protect my privacy, business and professional integrity.

A two-way NDA is welcome if needed to ensure mutual confidentiality.

NDAs must be agreed upon and signed before our meeting. Any violation of a signed agreement may result in legal action.

GDPR Compliance

Your personal data is handled in compliance with GDPR regulations and the strictest confidentiality. I only collect and store the information necessary to facilitate our booking and ensure a safe and seamless experience.

3. BOOKINGS, SCREENING & COMMUNICATION

Booking Process

All booking requests must be made through the Booking Form, email or other specified methods.

Submitting a Booking Form or booking information does not guarantee an appointment – it is only a request.

I do not confirm bookings until I am satisfied with the information provided and will only do so at my discretion.

For safety and privacy reasons, my office address will only be provided on the day after receiving a deposit.

Screening & Identity Verification

You must provide accurate and truthful information when booking. Booking under false pretences is strictly prohibited.

In some cases, I may request additional verification, such as identification (passport or driving licence), bank statements or other details, either during the booking process or at the start of our session.

I reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if the information provided is insufficient, inaccurate or if you refuse a reasonable verification request.

Communication Etiquette

All communication should remain polite and free from explicit or offensive language.

Any misrepresentation or failure to provide accurate details may result in cancellation.

4. PAYMENTS, DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS

Payments

Payments must be made in Great British Pounds (GBP) via bank transfer, debit or credit card or cash unless otherwise agreed.

Cash payments will be checked for authenticity upon receipt.

Any outstanding balance is required to be settled upon arrival or within 10 minutes of our meeting.

If a payment oversight occurs, you must rectify it immediately upon being reminded.

Failure to settle outstanding fees, whether during or after an appointment, is a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action to recover the amount due, including any associated costs.

Deposits

All bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit and full payment of travel costs ("Total Deposit"), where applicable, to secure an appointment.

Total deposits are non-refundable, but any other advance payments, less costs already incurred, are fully refundable.

Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if at least 48 hours notice is given. However, any further cancellation will forfeit the deposit.

Deposits are valid for one month and will be forfeited if the appointment is not rescheduled.

Cancellations

Cancellation policy applies once a booking is confirmed.

Regular Bookings:

At least 48 hours notice – No cancellation fee.

Less than 48 hours notice – 50% charge.

24 hours or less, or no-shows – Full fee will be charged.

Extended Bookings (4 Days or Longer):

At least 30 days notice – No cancellation fee.

Less than 30 days notice – 50% charge.

14 days or less, or no-shows – Full fee will be charged.

Failure to pay cancellation charges is a breach of these Terms and may result in legal or other lawful actions to recover the amount due, including any associated costs.

5. REFUNDS

If I cancel our meeting, all payments will be refunded in full. This does not apply to terminations or cancellations due to inappropriate behaviour or a breach of these Terms of Service.

Total Deposits are strictly non-refundable. Any amount paid as part of your quoted Total Deposit is non-refundable.

If the full fee is paid in advance, any amount exceeding the Total Deposit is refundable in accordance with the cancellation and deposit policies set out in these Terms of Service.

For card payments, refunds will be credited back to the original card. Processing times for card refunds may take up to 14 working days to reflect on your statement.

For other payment methods, a refund via the original method may not always be possible due to privacy considerations. In such cases, I will do my best to accommodate an alternative method that is convenient for you. However, the final decision on the refund method remains at my sole discretion.

6. SESSION EXPECTATIONS & BEHAVIOUR

Extended Appointments

Sessions over 3 hours must include a break for some refreshments, dining or entertainment.

Overnight sessions require 5 to 7 hours of uninterrupted sleep.

For appointments exceeding 24 hours, I require a few hours of alone time each day to rest and recharge.

General Behaviour & Boundaries

Respectful and responsible behaviour is expected at all times.

My fees are non-negotiable. Any attempt to haggle may result in immediate termination without a refund.

I will always make my boundaries clear, and I expect them to be respected.

Excessive intoxication or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination of our meeting without a refund.

Couples Bookings

For the safety and comfort of all parties, I require direct communication with the female partner in a heterosexual couple before considering your booking request. I reserve the right to decline the booking at my sole discretion following this discussion.

7. PUBLIC REVIEWS & DISCRETION

Sharing private details of our time together or posting reviews about specific services on any platform is a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

Private recommendations, word of mouth and general business reviews (confirming professionalism and legitimacy) are welcome on platforms such as Google, Trustpilot or Yelp.

FINAL NOTES

These Terms exist to ensure mutual respect, clarity and a seamless experience. By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service.
