TERMS OF SERVICE

By using any of the services (the “Services”), completing the booking form ("Booking Form") or providing booking information ("booking information") by email or other forms to schedule a consultation, you agree to be bound by these terms of service ("Terms of Service").
I may amend the terms at any time with notice, as I deem reasonable under the circumstances, by posting a revised version on my website, or communicating it to you through the Services. The Revised Version will become effective immediately after it is posted, but will not apply retroactively.
Your continued use of the Services after the posting of the Revised Version will constitute your acceptance of such Revised Version.
THE SERVICES
My consultancy is a lifestyle companion service that provides companionship for travel and social activities. Any acts/activities mentioned on my website are solely an indication of personal lifestyle interests and activities that I enjoy, and possible suggestions for activities to do with clients. They do not serve as a menu, nor form a contractual agreement of services to be rendered.
Your payment is strictly for my time and company.
INFORMATION AND DATA PROTECTION
As an established business, I am legally liable to keep your booking information strictly confidential and abide by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Rest assured I am fully compliant.
BOOKING AND COMMUNICATION
All booking requests should be made through the Booking Form, email or other forms specified on my website only.
You must provide all the required booking information honestly and include some information about yourself, interests and expectations.
It should be polite and void of explicit and offensive language.
Submission of the booking form and provision of booking information does not automatically grant you an appointment. It is only a request.
I do not accept bookings until I am satisfied with the information provided and will only do so at my discretion. It is therefore important that you are co-operative.
For safety and privacy reasons, because I work from home, my full address will only be provided after a deposit is received and only on the day of the appointment, not earlier.
YOUR PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Rest assured all your booking information will be received in the utmost confidence, and will never be shared with any third parties, other than to arrange and manage our meeting.
Also, I will never ask you to provide unnecessary personal information.
Any sensitive information or discussions, shared during our meeting will be kept wholly confidential.
Your privacy is 100% guaranteed, and I promise to do everything I can to protect your integrity.
SCREENING AND IDENTITY VERIFICATION
You must provide accurate and complete information for booking and must not submit a booking under false pretence.
In certain cases, I may request additional information from you for verification purposes. For example, I may ask you to submit identification, such as a passport or driving licence, bank statements, or other information, whether during the booking process or at the start of your session.
I reserve the right to decline your booking or cancel your session upon review of your information, or failure to comply with an information request at my discretion.
MY PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
You must respect my privacy.
Sharing any kind of my personal information or private details about my business (for example, information not publicly available, or publicly associated, directly or indirectly, with "this" business and its services) with any third party is strictly forbidden. Whether such information is obtained during the booking process, cancellation, service provision or other means.
Doing so will be breaching my privacy and these terms of service, and such action may be subject to legal actions against you.
PUBLIC REVIEWS
Public review of my service is not permitted for the privacy and discretion of my clients, and the exclusivity of my business.
Leaving a public review about the specifics of my service or publicly sharing private and confidential details of our session on any review platform, or online forum will be in breach of these terms of service and may be subject to legal actions against you.
Private recommendations, word of mouth, public business reviews and confirmation or testimony to my authenticity as a professional business and service provider are highly welcomed on established business review platforms, such as Google, Trustpilot and Yelp.
PAYMENTS
Payment for service is strictly for my time and company.
All payments should be made in Great British Pound (GBP) by bank transfer, debit or credit cards, Cash App and cash only, except otherwise agreed.
Cash payment will be counted and inspected for authenticity at the time of payment.
Any outstanding fee must be paid upon arrival or within 10 minutes of our meeting.
I understand that sometimes the immediate excitement of meeting me can lead to an oversight in payment and a natural progression of the session without paying your outstanding fees. In such a case, you must rectify the error immediately upon being reminded. Unless it is otherwise agreed, failure to do so will lead to immediate termination of your session.
If you are notified of the error post-appointment and requested to make a payment or you are sent an invoice, you must pay the outstanding fee immediately or by the due date of your invoice.
Failure to do so will be in breach of these terms of service and I reserved the right to take any lawful steps, as I deem reasonable under the circumstances, to ensure payment, plus any consequential costs incurred.
DEPOSITS
All bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit and fully paid travel costs, where applicable, to secure an appointment.
Deposits can be paid by bank transfer, debit or credit cards, Cash App and cash only, except otherwise agreed.
Deposits can be made in cash by postage at your own expense and risk, but your booking will not be confirmed until it is received. You are responsible for any loss in transit or non-delivery.
Deposits are non-refundable, but any other advance payments, less any cost already incurred, are fully refundable. This excludes travel costs and other payments that form part of your quoted total deposit.
Deposits with 48 hours or more cancellation notice can be put towards a rescheduled appointment, but any further cancellation will render it null and void.
All deposits expire after a month without rescheduling.
CANCELLATIONS
Please understand that when you book a session with me, I reserve time for you that no one else can take. Therefore, to protect my livelihood and business from lost income due to missed appointments, I have a 48 hour cancellation policy.
This means cancellation is allowed up to 48 hours before the start of your appointment.
However, cancelling less than 48 hours will incur a 50% charge, and the full fee will be charged for cancelling within 24 hours or less of your appointment, and no show.
Failure to pay incurred cancellation charges will be in breach of these terms of service and may lead to necessary legal or other lawful actions against you, including blacklisting you from future bookings.
REFUNDS
Deposits and full fees will be fully refunded if I cancel our meeting. This excludes termination or cancellation of a session due to inappropriate behaviour or breach of terms, such as set out in these terms of service.
Deposits are not refundable. Any amount paid as part of your quoted total deposit is not refundable.
When a full fee is paid in advance, the excess of the quoted total deposit is fully refundable, subject to the cancellation and deposit policy set out in these terms of service.
For card payments and Cash App, the refund will be credited back to the original card/Cash App account. Card refund processing can take 9-14 working days to reflect on your card statement.
For other payment methods, it may not be possible to process a refund in the original payment method due to privacy reasons. In such circumstances, I will try my best to accommodate an alternative method that is convenient for you, but it is important to note that the choice is wholly at my discretion.
EXTENDED APPOINTMENTS
All sessions above 3 hours must include some dining/refreshments and entertainment/social activities. This applies to both social and non-social private consultations.
All overnight sessions include 5-7 hours of uninterrupted sleep.
All sessions above 24 hours include a few hours of alone time to myself daily. This allows me to rest and recharge, maintain my sense of humour and continue to offer you the best experience.
IN-MEETING EXTENSIONS
Sometimes, time flies quickly and it becomes necessary to extend your session. I will do my best to accommodate such requests, but this is not always possible. For this reason, I encourage clients to book longer sessions.
Where an extension is possible, you must make payment at the start of the extended period to continue your session.
COUPLES SESSION
To ensure the safety and consent of all parties, it is a requirement that I speak directly to the female party of a heterosexual couple to consider your booking request.
I reserve the right to decline your booking following such consideration at my sole discretion.
GENERAL BEHAVIOUR AND BOUNDARIES
You are expected to act responsibly and respectfully throughout our engagements.
Haggling and unnecessary discussion of my fees is prohibited. Such behaviour may lead to immediate termination of your session or cancellation of your appointment without a refund.
I will always make my boundaries crystal clear and expect all clients to respect my limits.
I will not abide by unreasonable, aggressive and lewd behaviour or language, and will terminate/cancel our meeting should your presence/interaction become unpleasant or uncomfortable at any stage in the booking process without a refund.
You must not turn up to our meeting intoxicated. I will only meet clients who are free of obvious intoxication.
If you are too drunk or high to act appropriately, I will bring our session to an immediate end. Whilst it is okay to enjoy a few drinks and be merry, please know your limit.
