PAYMENT TERMS - SUBSECTIONS FROM THE TERMS OF SERVICE

PAYMENTS

Payment for service is strictly for my time and company.

All payments should be made in Great British Pound (GBP) by bank transfer, debit or credit cards, Cash App and cash only, except otherwise agreed.

Cash payment will be counted and inspected for authenticity at the time of payment.

Any outstanding fee must be paid upon arrival or within 10 minutes of our meeting.

I understand that sometimes the immediate excitement of meeting me can lead to an oversight in payment and a natural progression of the session without paying your outstanding fees. In such a case, you must rectify the error immediately upon being reminded. Unless it is otherwise agreed, failure to do so will lead to immediate termination of your session.

If you are notified of the error post-appointment and requested to make a payment or you are sent an invoice, you must pay the outstanding fee immediately or by the due date of your invoice.

Failure to do so will be in breach of these terms of service and I reserved the right to take any lawful steps, as I deem reasonable under the circumstances, to ensure payment, plus any consequential costs incurred.

DEPOSITS

All bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit and fully paid travel costs, where applicable, to secure an appointment.

Deposits can be paid by bank transfer, debit or credit cards, Cash App and cash only, except otherwise agreed.

Deposits can be made in cash by postage at your own expense and risk, but your booking will not be confirmed until it is received. You are responsible for any loss in transit or non-delivery.

Deposits are non-refundable, but any other advance payments, less any cost already incurred, are fully refundable. This excludes travel costs and other payments that form part of your quoted total deposit.

Deposits with 48 hours or more cancellation notice can be put towards a rescheduled appointment, but any further cancellation will render it null and void.

All deposits expire after a month without rescheduling.

CANCELLATIONS

Please understand that when you book a session with me, I reserve time for you that no one else can take. Therefore, to protect my livelihood and business from lost income due to missed appointments, I have a 48 hour cancellation policy.

This means cancellation is allowed up to 48 hours before the start of your appointment.

However, cancelling less than 48 hours will incur a 50% charge, and the full fee will be charged for cancelling within 24 hours or less of your appointment, and no show.

Failure to pay incurred cancellation charges will be in breach of these terms of service and may lead to necessary legal or other lawful actions against you, including blacklisting you from future bookings with me.

REFUNDS

Deposits and full fees will be fully refunded if I cancel our meeting. This excludes termination or cancellation of a session due to inappropriate behaviour or breach of terms, such as set out in these terms of service.

Deposits are not refundable. Any amount paid as part of your quoted total deposit is not refundable.

When a full fee is paid in advance, the excess of the quoted total deposit is fully refundable, subject to the cancellation and deposit policy set out in these terms of service.

For card payments and Cash App, the refund will be credited back to the original card/Cash App account. Card refund processing can take 9-14 working days to reflect on your card statement.

For other payment methods, it may not be possible to process a refund in the original payment method due to privacy reasons. In such circumstances, I will try my best to accommodate an alternative method that is convenient for you, but it is important to note that the choice is wholly at my discretion.
