A fine dining experience that lingers
Yesterday, I received a lovely message from one of my favourite gentlemen - back in town and wanting to meet.
I am excited! 😃
After our conversation, I found myself reminiscing about our first date…
A delicious dinner at La Dame de Pic, last year.
Such an exquisite fine dining experience… and even finer company.
He was a planner, and I was impressed.
He booked the table. Ordered me a chauffeur.
I wore the heels.
And somewhere between the wine, his French, and the dessert…
We forgot the world outside existed.
A shame the restaurant is gone.
But what a way to be remembered… 😉
And I'm not talking about the restaurant.
